QHSE Superintendent – Master Mariner (Oil/Chemical Tanker)
Lead Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across a dedicated fleet of Oil and Chemical Tankers. Responsible for incident investigations, root cause analyses, TMSA compliance audits, safety drills, and fostering a zero-incident maritime culture.
Training Superintendent – Master Mariner (Oil/Chemical Tanker)
Design and implement comprehensive training programs for shipboard officers and crew operating Oil and Chemical Tankers. Focus on cargo handling safety, navigation simulator training, bridge resource management (BRM), and behavioral competency enhancement.
