She serves as a keynote speaker for international business schools across India, Dubai, Australia, and Singapore, delivering leadership and talent transformation sessions that help professionals turn potential into performance.

Before maritime, she spent more than a decade in Electronics & Communication Engineering academia, followed by recruitment across Digital, Media and Technology with organizations including Google, Meta, Grab, BlackRock, Equinix, Palo Alto and Airbnb.
